Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
In modern medicine hospital infections are imposed as a growing public health problem. Hospital infections (infections associated with health care) means any infection of the patient that occurs independently of the primary disease or any infection of healthy people (employees), for which it is determined that it came about as a result of diagnosis, treatment or care, and develop the course treatment and care, after diagnostic or therapeutic procedure and discharge from hospital / social welfare service providers in a given time period. The increasing resistance of some microorganisms to antibiotics increases the number and frequency of hospital infections. Thus increasing morbidity and mortality, prolonged treatment of patients, leading to increased costs of hospitalization and additional burden on the health system. The risk of transmission of infection exists in all areas of medicine, including the anesthetic. Anaesthetic equipment and materials are potential vector in the transmission of infection. In order to reduce this risk to a minimum, measures for the prevention, control and eradication of the infection should be part of routine practice.
