Abstract

Crohnova bolest je upalna bolest crijeva čiji je uzrok još uvijek nepoznat, ali neki okolišni čimbenici mogu povećati rizik (pušenje, oralna kontracepcija, apendektomija i dr.) Rad nas upoznaje sa upalnim bolestima crijeva, a posebno sa Crohnovom bolešću. Ne postoji poseban test kojim bi se dijagnosticirala Crohnova bolest i veoma je važno razlikovati bolest od drugih stanja koja mogu imati slične simptome. Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
