Abstract

Nacionalna strategija razvoja zdravstva RH 2012.
2020. uključuje informatizaciju i
eZdravstvo kao način u naprjeđenja kvalitete zdravstvene zaštite, podizanja sigurnosti
pacijenta te smanjenja troškova zdravstvene skrbi. Cilj je povezivanje lokalnih informacijskih
sustava što će omogućiti državljanima i zdravstvenim stručnjacima prekoračenje granica
administra tivnih i organizacijskih prepreka pri traženju informacija i u neposrednoj
komunikaciji bez vremenskih ili organizacijskih ograničenja. Strategija ukazuje na potrebu da
ulaganja u informatizaciju moraju biti primjerena i usklađena s rezultatima koje ta ula ganja
trebaju dati. Pomoću podataka o troškovima četiri klinička bolnička centra dobivena je
procjena godišnjih troškova potrošnog materijala i troškova postojećih informacijskih sustava
za sve ustanove u iznosu većem od 126 milijuna kn. Postojeći informac ijski sustavi ne
zamjenjuju analognu radiologiju, a mogućnosti za snižavanje troškova potrošnog radiološkog
materijala informatizacijom radiologije je velik. Ponovljena analiza nakon potpune
digitalizacije sustava prikazala bi izravnu uštedu koju donosi in formatizacija.

Abstract (english)

National Health Care Development Strategy of Croatia 2012th to 2020th, includes
computerization and eHealth as a way to improve the quality of health care, increase patient
safety and reduce healthcare costs. The goal is to connect local information systems that will
enable citizens and health professionals trespass administrative and organizational obstacles
in the search for informat ion and direct communication without the time or organizational
constraints. The Strategy emphasizes the need for investment in information technology to be
appropriate and consistent with the results. Data on the supplies costs of four clinical hospital
c enters were used. An estimate of the annual cost of supplies and cost of existing information
systems for all institutions is obtained in the amount of more than 126 mil kn. Existing
information systems do not replace analog radiology and there is great po tential for lowering
the cost of radiology supplies. Repeated analysis after completed digitalization would display
the direct savings of radiology informatization.
