Abstract

Komunikacija predstavlja važan način sporazumijevanja kako u privatnom
tako i u poslovnom životu svake osobe. Učenje komunikacije je vrlo važan proces
koji se prakticira, usavršava i stalno uči. Iznimno dobro poznavanje komunikacijskih
vještina bitno je u timskom radu. Kako bi zdravstveni radnik bio uspješan u svom
poslu, mora poznavati i metode vođenja intervjua s pacijentima jer upravo u tom
postupku dolaze do izražaja sve naučene komunikacijske vještine. Isto tako, u
poslovnim odnosima može doći i do sukoba koji se vrlo lako može riješiti ako se
poznavaju tehnike komuniciranja. Posebna pažnja u komunikaciji treba se posvetiti
palijativnim bolesnicima, djeci, starijim osobama, psihijatrijskim bolesnicima te
slijepim i gluhim osobama. Grupna komunikacija se također dobro uočava u grupnim
terapijama u kojima je voditelj zadužen za tijek komunikacije između svih unutar
grupe. Može se reći da je komunikacija jako važna vještina i na njoj se zasniva
uspješna suradnja svih u procesu rada, ali i samog pacijenta. Dakle komunikacija
predstavlja temelj koji vodi ka što kvalitetnijoj zdravstvenoj skrbi.

Abstract (english)

Communication seems to represent an important type of understanding
whether in personal or business life of each person. Learning about the usage of
communication skills is quite important process which acquires practice,
improvement and continuous learning. Moreover, when a team work is considered,
an extremely high knowledge of communication skills is required. In order to fulfill his
or her work efficiently, health care worker is expected to dominate the methods of
maintaining an interview with the patients as it is the process in which previously
learnt skills are to be applied. What is more, business relationships may or may not
cause conflicts which can easily be solved if one dominates the techniques correctly.
Special caution in communication needs to be applied to palliative patients, children,
older adults, psychiatric patient, the blind and the deaf. Group communication can
easily be noticed within group therapies in which the leader is encharged for the flow
of the communication between the participants of the group. It could be stated that
the communication is an important skill which is the base of the successful
cooperation of everyone participating as well as the patient himself or herself.
Therefore, communication represents foundation that leads towards the most
adequate helath care.
