Abstract

Zamućenje rožnice jedan je od glavnih uzroka gubitka vida, koja se može liječiti
transplantacijom zdrave rožnice donora. Do gubitka vida dolazi usred raznih bolesti koje su
povezane s dijabetesom, imunološkim bolestima, ozljedama oka, raznim upalama te
komplikacijama koje su nastale nakon operacije mrene i glaukoma.
Transplatacijske metode su se s vremenom mijenjale od početnih operacija u kojima se
transplatirala cijela rožnica do danas gdje se može zamijeniti samo odabrani oštećeni sloj.
Suvremenijim postupcima održavaju se strukturalni integritet i izbjegavaju komplikacije.
Postupci transplantacije rožnice općenito ovise o bolestima oka. Klasificiraju se kao
penetrirajuća keratoplastika pune debljine i slojevite lamelarne keratoplastike koje uključuju
prednju lamelarnu keratoplastiku (SALK), automatiziranu lamelarnu terapijsku keratoplastiku
(ALTK), duboku prednju lamelarnu keratoplastiku (DALK) i stražnju lamelarnu keratoplastiku
(DSAEK) i (DMEK).

Abstract (english)

Corneal clouding is one of the main causes of vision loss, which can be treated by transplanting a
healthy donor cornea. Vision loss occurs in the midst of various diseases that are related to
diabetes, immune diseases, eye injuries, various inflammations and complications that arise after
cataract surgery and glaucoma.
Transplantation methods have changed over time from the initial operations in which the entire
cornea was transplanted to today where only a selected damaged layer can be replaced. More
modern procedures maintain structural integrity and avoid complications.
Corneal transplant procedures generally depend on eye diseases. They are classified as fullthickness penetrating keratoplasty and layered lamellar keratoplasty, which include anterior
lamellar keratoplasty (SALK), automated lamellar therapeutic keratoplasty (ALTK), deep
anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK), and posterior lamellar keratoplasty (DSAEK) and
(DMEK).
