koncepte zdravlja odnosno bolesti.
procjene, vještina emocionalne njege, vještine savjetovanja i vještine pružanja
informacija.
osjetljivijim skupinama pacijenta poput onkoloških, psihijatrijskih i palijativnih pacijenta
nadzor postupka. Magistre sestrinstva svojim kompetencijama imaju značaju ulogu u
poticanju ovih promjena i zalaganju da psihološka njega postane administrativni
terapijski postupak. S ciljem unapređenja sestrinske prakse, ali i olakšanja
emocionalnog opterećenja koje rad s pacijentima donosi, možemo govoriti i o pojmu
refleksivne prakse. Refleksivna praksa predstavlja sposobnost da medicinske sestre
preispitaju svoje radnje i iskustva s ishodom nekog događaja u praksi te poboljšaju
kliničko znanje. Ona uključuje analizu osjećaja i bolje razumijevanje nas samih, ali i
pacijentovih potreba.
sestrinstva. Less
Abstract (english) Nowadays, care is significantly shifting away from the traditional biomedical model
focused on the physical aspect and approaching the biopsychosocial model of care
oriented on biological, psychological and social aspects of health and disease. Every
person who is suddenly faced with an illness develops certain psychological reactions
and because of that we can discuss about the importance of caring for the
psychological health of the sick. Caring for psychological health requires
... More certain
knowledge and skills that every nurse should acquire, regardless of the type of her
workplace. The personal qualities of a nurse necessary for providing psychological
care are intuition, self-awareness, empathic capacity and relationship building. Types
of knowledge and skills for psychological care are improvement of communication
skills, psychological assessment skills, emotional care skills, counseling skills and
information provision skills. The implementation of psychological care is particularly
important when working with more sensitive groups of patients such as oncology,
psychiatric and palliative patients, where individualized psychological care should be
an integral component of nursing care. For this to be possible, certain are needed,
such as creating more educational modules, the existence of practical guidelines, the
standardization of the psychological care plan, and the definition and training of
psychological care executors, i.e. mentors for the supervision of the procedure. A
Master's degree of nursing provides competencies that encourage these changes and
advocate that psychological care becomes an administrative therapeutic procedure. In
order to improve nursing practice, but also to ease the emotional burden that working
with patients brings, it is important to mention the concept of reflective practice. The
reflective practice represents the ability of nurses to review their actions and
experiences and improve clinical knowledge. It includes an analysis of feelings and a
better understanding of ourselves and the patient's needs. For this reason, the most
basic concepts, knowledge, skills, barriers, as well as recommendations for the
introduction of reflective practice in the field of nursing are listed in this graduate thesis. Less
