Abstract

Novi trendovi u liječenju bolesnika sve više aktualiziraju potrebu rada dnevnih bolnica kako bi se stacionarna bolnička služba rasteretila, a troškovi liječenja smanjili. Na taj način poboljšava se i kvaliteta skrbi za bolesnike. Stoga je praćenje određenih kretanja u smještaju i liječenju bolesnika u dnevnim bolnicama vrlo važno. Ovaj rad prikazuje novije spoznaje o liječenju bolesnika oboljelih od pneumonije ili pijelonefritisa u dnevnoj bolnici te uspoređuje primjenu antimikrobnog liječenja... More navedenih bolesti u odnosu na životnu dob, odnosno pedijatrijsku i odraslu populaciju. Abstract (english)

New trends in the treatment of patients stress the need for using day hospitals in order to relieve stationary hospital services, reduce treatment costs and subsequently improve the quality of patient care. Therefore, it is important to monitor certain developments in accommodation and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting.
