Abstract

Intersubjektivnost je novi psihoanalitički pravac koji u središte stavlja uzajamni odnos liječnika i bolesnika. Analitičar više nije samo promatrač, već i aktivni sudionik u analitičkom procesu. Unutar analitičkog procesa stvara se treća subjektivnost koju Ogden naziva analitički treći. Pod tim podrazumijeva zajednički kreiran nesvjesni život analitičkog para, tj. to je produkt jedinstvene dijalektičke napetosti stvorene između odvojenih subjektivnosti analitičara i analiziranog unutar analitičkog okvira. Zadatak analitičara je pokušati opisati specifično iskustvo nesvjesnog međusobnog djelovanja individualnih subjektivnosti i intersubjektivnosti. Za razliku od neki drugih pravaca psihoanalize, kontratransfer je ovdje izrazito značajan te je kod analitičara potrebna visoka razina samosvijesti. Intersubjektivnost je zapravo proces kreiranja analitičkog subjekta koji ranije nije postojao. Stoga se bolesnikova povijest ne otkriva, nego se nanovo kreira u transferu/kontratransferu i stalno se mijenja kroz razvoj intersubjektivnoga analitičkog trećeg kojeg interpretira analitičar. Projektivna identifikacija i terapijski savez bitni su čimbenici za uspješan terapijski proces.
Mentalizacija je proces s pomoću kojeg osoba na temelju mentalnih stanja kao što su osjećaji, želje, potrebe, razlozi i vjerovanja, interpretira svjesno ili nesvjesno svoje i tuđe postupke i ponašanja dajući im smisao. Kapacitet za mentalizaciju je izrazito važan za uspješan ishod terapije. Također, terapijski savez može poboljšati kapacitet za mentalizaciju kod onih osoba kod kojih se nije dobro razvila. Osim verbalne komponente terapijskog procesa, važan je i onaj neverbalni dio koji pomoću novog i zdravog odnosa omogućava razvijanje zdravog terapijskog saveza i mijenjanje bolesnikovog ponašanja.

Abstract (english)

Intersubjectivity is a new psychoanalytic direction in which the focus is on a mutual relationship between doctors and patients. An analyst is no longer just an observer but an active participant in the analytical process. The third subjectivity is created within the analytical process, named by Ogden the analytic third. The analytic third is a jointly created unconscious life of the analytic pair, i.e. it is a product of the unique dialectic tension created between separate subjectivities of the analyst and analysand within the analytic framework. The task of the analyst is to try to describe the specific experience of the unconscious interaction of individual subjectivity and intersubjectivity. Countertransference is of extreme importance, in contrast to some other directions of psychoanalysis, and it requires a high level of self – consciousness from analyst. Intersubjectivity is a process of creating the analytic subject that did not previously exist. Therefore, the patient`s history is not revealed but created anew in transference/countertransference and is constantly changing throughout the development of the intersubjective analytic third that is interpreted by an analyst. Projective identification and therapeutic alliance are important factors for a successful therapeutic process. Mentalization is the process by means of which a person, based on mental states such as feelings, desires, needs, reasons and beliefs, is interpreting consciously or unconsciously personal and others` actions and behavior and giving them meaning. Capacity for mentalization is extremely important for successful outcome of the therapy. A therapeutic alliance can improve the capacity for mentalization in those individuals in which it has not been well developed. Besides the verbal component of the therapeutic process, the non-verbal part is also important and allows the development of a healthy therapeutic alliance and changing the patient`s behavior through a new healthy relationship.
