Abstract
Od današnjeg obrazovnog sustava očekuje se uravnoteženo znanje u svim područjima osobnog razvoja koje će biti primjenjivo u praksi. Specifični gospodarski uvjeti utjecali su na brze promjene na tržištu rada koje zahtijeva formiranje optimalnog broja kompetentnih stručnjaka iz područja sestrinstva s mnogo generičkih i stručnih vještina koje se trajno usavršavaju, stoga je pred nastavnicima veliki izazov u procesu usmjeravanja i prijenosa informacija budućim generacijama. Novi naraštaji vole kombinaciju tradicionalnih metoda poučavanja, ali i primjenu suvremenih metoda koje zahtijevaju drugačiju organizaciju nastave i vođenje nastavnog procesa na inovativan način, jer se zbog utjecaja tehnologije mijenja i način na koji mladi percipiraju stvarnost, kao i način na koji nastavnici prenose nastavne sadržaje. Svi dostupni mediji i obrazovna tehnologija trebali bi biti stavljeni u funkcije kao što su: učenje traženja informacija, učenje kako se uči, učenje kako se rješavaju problemi, te učenje metodama istraživanja u kontroliranim uvjetima uz nadzor nastavnika. U tom kontekstu učenici bi trebali biti aktivni sudionici, a ne pasivni promatrači stoga je bitno istaknuti ulogu nastavnika i ulogu učenika te staviti naglasak da je suvremeni nastavni proces nastava koja se bazira na aktivnom uključivanju učenika u nastavni proces rada. Nastava koja je usmjerena na učenika zapravo je međusobna suradnja, kako nastavnika, tako i učenika sa zajedničkim ciljem postizanja željenih ishoda. U radu će biti prikazane inovativne metode rada primjenjive u nastavi stručnih predmeta u srednjim medicinskim školama kao što su: projektna nastava, suradničko učenje, učenje metodom rješavanja problema, istraživački rad, studija slučaja, korištenje Web 2.0 alata, igra i simulacije.

From today's educational system it is expected balanced knowledge in all fields of personal development that will be applicable in practice. Specific economic conditions have influenced rapid changes in labor market that demands the formation of the optimal number of competent experts from the field of nursing with many generic and specific/professional skills that are continuously trained, so before teachers there is a major challenge in the process of directing and transmission of information to the future generations. New generations prefer combination of traditional methods of teaching and contemporary methods that require a different organization of teaching and management of teaching process in an innovative way, because with the changing of technology, the way in which young people perceive reality is changing too, as well as the way in which teachers are transferring courses. All available media and educational technology should be placed in functions such as: learning how to search for information, learning how to learn, learning how to solve problems and learning research methods in controlled environments under the supervision of teachers. In this context, students should be active participants and not passive observers. It is therefore important to emphasize the role of teachers and the role of students, and to emphasize that the contemporary teaching process is teaching based on the active involvement of students in the process of teaching practice. Teaching that is focused on students is actually mutual cooperation of teachers and students with common goal of achieving desired outcomes. The paper will present innovative methods applicable in teaching vocational subjects in secondary medicine schools, methods such as: project based learning, collaborative learning, problem based learning method, research, case studies, the use of Web 2.0 tools, games and simulations.
