Abstract

Liječenje naprednog kongestivnog zatajenja srca ima tri oblika: medicinska terapija, kirurška terapija i presađivanje srca. Zbog dugih lista čekanja za organe, 1970. Bostonski Nacionalni institut za srce, pluća i krv pozvao je na razvoj uređaja za srčanu mehaničku podršku.
Od tada su razvijeni mnogi uređaji i mogu se opisati i podijeliti na različite načine.
Medicinska sestra koja skrbi o bolesnicima na mehaničkoj cirkulacijskoj potpori pruža istima potpunu zdravstvenu skrb. To uključuje... More primjenu svih dostupnih znanja iz područja sestrinstva za sve procedure u skladu sa kompetencijama medicinskih sestara.
Zdravstvena skrb bolesnika na mehaničkoj cirkulacijskoj potpori također se temelji na kontinuiranom nadzoru. Tehničko znanje i rukovanje uređajem omogućuju uočavanje nepovoljnih promjena s ciljem sprječavanja posljedica koje mogu ugroziti život bolesnika.
Po dolasku u smjenu svaka medicinska sestra/tehničar pristupa do svojeg bolesnika te napravi procjenu bolesnika po točkama od 1 – 15.

Abstract (english)

The treatment of advanced congestive heart failure has three forms: medical therapy, surgical therapy and heart transplant.
In 1970. Boston National Institute of Heart, Lung, and Blood were asked for device development for mechanical heart support because of long waiting lists for organs.
Since then, many devices have been developed and can be described and divided in various ways.
Nursing care for patients on mechanical circulation support gives them the complete health care. This... More includes use of all available knowledge in nursing for all procedures in accordance with the nurses competences.
Health care of patients on mechanical circulation support is also based on continuous monitoring.
Technical knowledge and handling of the device enable detection of adverse changes in order to prevent the consequences that can endanger the patient's life.
Upon arrival in each shift nurse access to their patients and make an assessment of patients at points from 1 to 15.
In this thesis are described separately devices for mechanical circulatory support and the area of nursing care for the following types of mechanical circulatory support:
